Order Processing and Production

Most products are printed on demand. Please allow approximately 4–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary during holidays and other high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout and are calculated based on your order and delivery destination.

Estimated Delivery

After production is complete, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for your order. If you have not received an update or need help with an order, email XennialDee@AOL.com and include your order number.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Before placing an international order, email XennialDee@AOL.com to ask about availability for your location.
